Shipping Policy

Shipping times are separate from processing times. Processing time is the time needed to make and prepare your order before it ships.

Once a package has been shipped, Heart & Hustle Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, stolen deliveries, or shipping damage.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs or issues that may occur.

Local Pickup / Meetup Policy

At this time, Heart & Hustle Creations does not offer a pickup box or unscheduled porch pickup. Local pickup is available by prescheduled meetup only.

All local meetup arrangements must be discussed and approved with Heart & Hustle Creations before placing your order. Please contact us prior to checkout to confirm that a local meetup option is available.

Meetup dates, times, and locations are scheduled based on availability. Please do not arrive or attempt to pick up an order without a confirmed appointment.

Missed Meetup Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled meetup. If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please contact Heart & Hustle Creations as soon as possible to reschedule.

Repeated missed meetups, no-shows, or failure to communicate may result in cancellation of local pickup options for future orders.
