Local Pickup Policy

Pickup hours are Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Orders marked ready for pickup after 8:00 PM will be placed in the pickup box beginning at 8:00 AM the following business day. Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving.

Pickup Window

Customers have 14 days from the pickup notification date to collect their order. If additional time is needed, please contact us. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and may be restocked, donated, or otherwise disposed of without refund.

Pickup Verification Policy

Customers are responsible for verifying that they have received the correct order at the time of pickup. Heart & Hustle Creations maintains video surveillance of the pickup area for security purposes. Pickup notifications, pickup records, and available surveillance footage may be used to verify order collection.

Lost or Missing Pickup Orders

Once an order has been placed in the designated pickup location and the customer has been notified, the customer assumes responsibility for retrieving the order. Heart & Hustle Creations is not responsible for orders retrieved by an unauthorized individual after pickup notification, lost, stolen, misplaced, or left uncollected beyond the pickup window.
